1. Assessment by the Northern District Health Board’s Aged Care Needs Assessment and Service Coordination (NASC) service is a requirement of entry. The NASC provides assessment to identify your level of need for ongoing health care and support. 2. Contact… to check availability and arrange a personal meeting with the Clinical Manager. At this meeting the Clinical Manager will talk with you about your preferences, provide an admission pack and answer any questions you may have. The meeting may also be followed by a tour of the property.
